A painting from a reference taken in Tilden Regional Park along Laurel Creek. Spotted these Fairy Mushrooms growing delicately out of a mossy decaying log. The golden branches of decaying sword ferns from last year’s summer heat provided the rich brown behind the purple of the decaying wood.
