Policies and Terms

First, thank you for doing business with me!

I center the core values of joy, creativity, rest, balance, and community in all of the work I do. The goal this work is to help others get resourced, get outside, make space for folks to build and cultivate their best, authentic, creative selves.

I wrote the following policies to help inform your decision before making the jump to collect my art, work with me, or join one of my classes.

Returns and Exchanges:

On my store, all sales are final. That includes digital products (PDFs), classes, tutoring and retreat packages, and physical products (artwork, zines, and prints)

I am too small of a business to accept returns, and offer the option for you to demo or meet with me for free prior to booking any service. The only exception I make around returns is in instances where in the shipping process, the item arrives damaged. If so, email persistentbloom@gmail.com immediately and I will work with you to remedy the situation on a one-on-one basis.

wholesale:

I love working to bring my products to your shop wholesale and creating custom products for your customers! Contact me directly at persistentbloom@gmail.com and we can start the process of making your dream a reality.

commissions:

Making custom work for people is a huge passion of mine. However, my commissions policy requires that you fill out this form, we sign a contract, I send you an invoice, and you are allowed a single revision on the piece prior to delivery. My commission rates start at $350 per project. All commission contracts and first payment invoices are final sale.

SHIPPING:

All physical items are available to be shipped to the US only. Small items such as Zines and Prints are shipped using the USPS and tracking is usually auto-sent when the order is fulfilled. Larger artworks and framed pieces are shipped using UPS and you’ll recieve a personal email from me regarding the receipt of your order. It typically takes between 4 and 6 business days to fulfill and ship orders.

online classes:

There are no refunds available for online classes or recordings. Attending requires a basic understanding of the app Zoom, as that is the main delivery platform for the classes.

If you purchase a recording or pod-class you will receive an immediate download link or PDF containing the info for accessing the class such as secret websites and passwords for them.

If you purchase a live class, the week of the class you will receive an email from me with our Zoom Room link, and reminders. Recordings will be made available within 72 hours of the live session.

retreats and tutoring:

I do not offer any refunds for retreats or tutoring packages. Once you have paid your invoice, the sale is final.

Prior to starting any of these experiences, we will have a meeting to make sure my teaching and facilitation style is the right fit and then agree on your next steps and goals. The retreat and tutoring experiences are one-on-one time directly from me that requires intensive prep and support of your practice.

If you have a question about these policies above, I’m a small business and a human so just email me at persistentbloom@gmail.com
