The following photos are of the beauty witnessed in Big Basin State Park, five years after a fire consumed 97% of the park. You’ll see the subtle and magical experience of this old growth forest slowly coming back to life. Despite burning and losing their green canopies, many of the Coast Redwood trees are starting to come back to life.
