four months, no instagram led to how much art?!

if you have considered what would happen to your creative spark if you left Instagram or any other social media app? These are all of the things I made after leaving Instagram, in January of 2025. 76 days at the time of filming!

While I have tapped back in with static posts over 2026, I refuse to have the app on my phone and will never again make or watch Reels, it’s far too addictive and a thief of time for my art practice.
